Alicia is a certified trainer with 5+ years experience. Her first three years were on the job training at 24 Hour Fitness as a Master Trainer. She also enjoys teaching Group classes with 10+ years experience. Alicia is certified as a Metabolic Coach, Integrated and Holistic Nutrition, Personal Fitness Chef, and Kids Nutrition. Health and Wellness are her passion, and is currently in the process of getting a Health and Wellness Coaching Certification from WellCoaches. She enjoys helping clients find a balance of fitness and wellness in their daily life, with her main goal in helping her clients believe that they can make a change to better themselves.
